What you see here is a work in progress. Every time I complete a linocut I want to do it again to make it 'better' or just different - a tweak here or there! Due to the nature of the linocut medium every original print is different, but that's what I like about them. These images are designed to be bold, colourful and visually striking in their simplicity. I have loved making them and hope you like them too! Head to the gallery to see different versions, colours and the process in action.

K is for Kahanamoku

Duke Kahanamoku is responsible for a resurgence in Hawaiian surfing from the beginning of the C20th. He then took surfing to the rest of the world by going to places and giving demonstrations. Statues of him stand at many great breaks around the world.
